Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) Allégro 9% Herbs & Spices cheese cut into 4 slices
  • 4 crusty Italian rolls
  • 5 oz (150 g) sliced capicole or salami de Gênes
  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) Pesto
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grilled red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 8 black olives, pitted and cut into rings
  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce, finely minced

Directions

Cut Panini breads into halves. Spread Pesto on each half. Evenly distribute lettuce, capicole or salami de Gênes, pepper and olives. Garnish with a slice of Allégro 9% Herbs & Spices cheese and top with second half of bread. Serve with a green salad.
